I watched her movie "A Very Special Love" and "You've changed my Life", so I think the role of Shan Cai/Jandi deserves to her, especially the way she act. So to do those who did not watch the said movies, you better watch it now so that you know the answer why they choose her for this role. And I think so that Sarah is the most popular star of this generation. She was loved by millions of Filipinos worldwide, therefore this will be a big plus for the remake. SARAH IS PERFECT for this role.

ReplyDeleteI prefer majah salvador for the role of makino tsukushi. i don't like sarah geronimo. besides like one person said, she doesn't do kissing scenes. the hana yori dango manga has pretty intense and intimate stuff. if sarah is gonna play the lead female, she better be prepared for that. she can't be too much of a prude since the love story isn't *that* conservative. remember dao ming si once tried to rape san cai at the beginning of meteor garden. and in the manga, they were a few moments where domyoji and makino almost had sex.

ReplyDeleteWe should just leave it to ABS CBN to decide. true or not sounds like a good idea for a new show. Anyone will do and i'm sure the producer of the show will find the right people fit to play each character if ever. I'm a Fil am and been reading about this for ages. I am an artist (use to be actor) myself and used to the limelight but i'm older now (has been) but i once in a while would check out Philippine entertainment and really nothing much has change.... Still same B.S. if you know what i mean!.... What i notice though is people posting here don't really know the person of their choice. I met Andre Endique not once but 2 or 3 times to be exact, who actually has a very good sense of humor and a very good character and fairly good looking guy, not show off i must say and with a million dollar smile. Right now i think he's a perfect choice if you ask me (Notice he's got so many endorsement on TV and his face posted on Local bus transpo. Billboard with his face on it? He is very famous right now among any of the 4 choices. So, get to know the person you want not just by his or her photograph. Oh, by the way i won't be saying who i am if you don't mind.... So don't bother asking... Oh yes, Chase is very good looking too but very short and looks very much like a girl if you want my opinion (i met him too....) :D Check out Andre Endique and you'll know what i mean..... I think it's a risk to have new talents play the role of F4 in a huge franchise like meteor garden. I just hope they give this one justice and that they play the parts well. Really looking forward to this.

ReplyDeleteI'm just hoping that they would really make this one into a reality...the cast looks great and I think if ever this would become a reality..I agree to one who post here that it would be such an EXPENSIVE thing...to make and I think the other cast are still undergoing a series of workshops to help them become better actors who will be playing the roles given to them...so that they will become more effective to the viewing public...and to make this one requires MORE TIME and MORE MONEY for the ABS-CBN..to be able to adapt this asianovela...as what I read the they will start making this late last year...so since it was late last year so we can not expect to be done right away...I think this will air...next year pa...hope that this is really true for it will become one of the MOST EXPENSIVE ADAPTATION and the most EXCITING ASIANOVELA to be done by ABS-CBN

Kathryn Bernardo as Makino Tsukushi (tinatanong pa ba toh?! haha XP well, this girl is very famous right now kaya arguably walang di nakaka-notice sakanya ngaun hehe ;D well, she's such a bubbly girl, petite yet mukhang palaban at may pagka-boyish ding tignan, pwedeng pwede sya sa mga mahihirap at kinakawawang role dahil subok na subok na sya (Mara Clara) pero kaya pading maipagtanggol ang sarili pag lumaban ;)) plus im confident na may chemistry ang Loveteam nya sa dalawa nyang main partners here (Derrick and Khalil) at pakikiligin nila ang buong pinas and who knows maski sa ilang parts ng Asia ;)) and lahat naman ata ng ka-LT nya bagay sakanya eh ;P bonus factor nya ay filipinang filipina ang dating at itsura nya, morena, average height, di katangusan ang ilong pero maganda padin etc. :D)

I'm actually LOLing my head off while I was reading this. I mean, c'mon. Too many versions have been done and the plot gets recycled over and over again. Personally, I've been in love with the Japanese version (which is the best for me, so to speak) and as well as the manga but the story is overused. And more radically, the cast is a major downer. Sarah G is adorable. But the guys? Meh. Who're you kidding.

Sarah Geronimo is really confirmed to do the lead role. at 2013 dn ang confirmed air year nito base sa condition ng author. nilabag kasi ng China ung gusto ng author na 4 years gap e.

Philippine f4 looks promising! very handsome just like the f4 in the korean version. by the way im a 19 year old japanese girl. im sorry for my grammar.:) i hope this is true, i love the philippne f4

ReplyDeletei don't like this set of "F4" no offence but i don't think they deserve the role...they have a....nice appearances but i do not think that they can act. and they just look like boys..not GUYS or MEN! and the female lead i don't think she can be a tv series girl..yes she have boxoffice hit movies but her type is only like one time show because i knew she had a tv shows before but the show did not rate well...let just say that she can act but not really good like the movie was only carried away because of her fame and her leading men's good acting...for me she is a big OA. so i am not looking forward to this and they are OLD!
